I love having a social mix up with friends at any opportunity, hearing what tracks they have, enjoying a healthy common interest and generally bouncing off each other. I have found mixing to be a very social thing and I have had much pleasure from my experiences and met some good people along the way. I have always enjoyed listening to and playing House music, and also like quite a lot of Old Skool, Garage, Elecrto, Trance and Hard Dance music too. I am happy being on both sides of the decks performing, promoting or enjoying myself on the dance floor.
After playing out for a while I decided I wanted to have a go at promoting and with a few mates started a hard dance party called Hammered, initially at Crash Club in Vauxhall. Other hard dance events I promoted include Hazardous, with my good friend Eddie H. Concious at Turnmills and Union at Jacks Club. Attention started at the Glasshouse as a funky house promotion and then went on a tour of London nightclubs.
After clubbing for a couple of years I decided I wanted to have a go and spent hours practicing on my own with my 1210s, I learnt the original art form the traditional way!
I have a massive record, and now MP3 collection and enjoy getting new tracks to play with of various different genres. I was part of Dance Aid at the SE One club and the Time Music Events Team, at various venues. I also started with a business partner an internet radio station called Club Town. As well as my own promotions I was involved in helping to promote for my residencies at events including, Smile, Pulse, RAW, X-Static and significant others. Again I have had much fun in my experiences.
